    If you are not entirely satisfied with the painting, I’m here to help.

    Returns

    You have 30 calendar days to return the painting from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it. The painting must be in the original packaging.

    Once I receive the painting, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received it. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting it.

    If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the painting. Shipping costs are non refundable.

  • PAINTING ILLUMINATION

    All painting's pictures have been taken under proper illumination, buyer must be able to control the amount of light the painting receives in the place it will be hanged, therefore avoiding undesirable reflections or poor illumination.
